Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms and onion until softened and lightly browned.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the mushrooms and onion. Stir in the crumbled bacon.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the frittata.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the frittata cool for a few minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  11. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
