Avocado Lime Crema
This creamy, tangy, and refreshing avocado lime crema is perfect for topping tacos, nachos, salads, or just for dipping chips.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lime - Juice of 1 lime
- Avocado - 1 large
Let's Get Started
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and put it in a blender or food processor.
- Add the lime juice, garlic, cilantro, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth. If the crema is too thick, add a little water or more lime juice to thin it out.
