Arugula Pesto Pasta

- Pasta - 12 ounces
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Pine nuts - 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Arugula - 4 cups
