- Butter - 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
- Oats - 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Apricots - 1 kg, pitted and halved
