Apricot Crumble Salad

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 4 tablespoons, melted
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Flour - 1/4 cup
- Oats - 1/2 cup
- Almonds - 1/2 cup, sliced
- Mixed greens - 6 cups
- Apricots - 6, pitted and sliced
