  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the seafood, cilantro, parsley, lemon juice, and Moroccan spice blend. Cook until the seafood is done.
  4. On a clean surface, lay out a sheet of phyllo dough. Brush it with melted butter, then add another sheet on top. Repeat until you have a stack of 6 sheets.
  5. Place the seafood mixture in the center of the phyllo stack. Fold the edges over to create a pie.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the phyllo is golden and crispy.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving.
