Apricot Cobbler Soup
This unique and delicious soup combines the flavors of apricot cobbler with a creamy soup base.

- Cinnamon sugar - For garnish
- Whipped cream - For serving
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon

- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Apricots - 2 cups, pitted and chopped
Let's Get Started
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
