  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and raisins. Mix well.
  5. Pour the apple mixture into the pie dish.
  6. Roll out the remaining dough and cut into strips. Arrange the strips on top of the apple filling in a lattice pattern.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the apples are tender.
  8. Let the pie cool before serving.
