Let's Get Started

  1. Clean the endive and arrange it on a plate.
  2. Place the anchovies and tuna on top of the endive.
  3. To make the sauce, roast the almonds and hazelnuts in a pan until they are golden brown.
  4. Peel the garlic and tomatoes and add them to a blender along with the roasted nuts.
  5. Add the vinegar, olive oil, and salt to the blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.
