Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the seafood in boiling water until it's done. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the parsley, garlic, vinegar, oil, capers, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large dish, start layering the ingredients. Start with a layer of potatoes, then a layer of carrots, then green beans, then seafood, then eggs. Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
  4. Pour the green sauce over the top of the pyramid, making sure to cover it completely.
  5. Decorate the top with olives and extra capers.
  6. Let the dish rest in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
