  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook until the chicken is half cooked.
  5. Add the coconut milk and salt to the pan. Mix well, cover the pan, and cook on a low flame until the chicken is fully cooked and the gravy thickens.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
