- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - 1/3 cup

Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, and Amish Friendship Bread Starter together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the walnuts, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
