Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Whisk the egg whites in a large bowl until foamy. Add the prawns and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss until the prawns are evenly coated.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and fry until golden, about 2 minutes per side. Remove the prawns with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil and add the walnuts. Boil for 2 minutes, then drain and place the walnuts on a baking sheet to dry.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk. Add the fried prawns and toss to coat.
  5. Serve the prawns garnished with the candied walnuts.
