Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garam masala, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually and knead to make a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough and the potato mixture into equal portions.
  4. Roll out one portion of the dough into a small circle. Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center. Bring together all the sides and seal tightly.
  5. Roll out again into a larger circle, using a little flour for dusting.
  6. Heat a pan and cook the paratha using oil or ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
