  2. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into round patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  4. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  5. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
