  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
  2. Take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a round or oval-shaped chop.
  3. Roll the chop in breadcrumbs, ensuring it is coated evenly from all sides.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat.
  5. Carefully place the coated potato chop into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  6. Remove the fried aloo chop from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
