- Fresh coriander leaves - For garnish
- Salt - To taste
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato - 1, finely chopped
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ajwain (carom seeds) - 1 teaspoon
- Paneer - 200 grams, cubed
Let's Get Started
- Heat oil in a pan and add the ajwain seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is well coated with the spices.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
