Air Fryer Crab Rangoon
These crispy and delicious crab rangoon are made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on the classic appetizer.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sweet and sour sauce - For serving
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Wonton wrappers - 12
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Imitation crab meat - 4 oz, finely chopped
- Cream cheese - 4 oz
Let's Get Started
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic powder.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the crab rangoon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the crab rangoon with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
