Bok Choy and Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bok choy, ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place a steamer basket on top of the pot.
  4. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer basket, making sure they don't touch each other. Cover and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
  5. Serve the dumplings hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
