Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  3. Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and chicken mixture.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the wontons and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
