Ahi Tuna Poke
A traditional Hawaiian dish of raw ahi tuna marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh ingredients.

- Sea salt - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Ahi tuna - 1 pound, sushi grade
Let's Get Started
- Cut the ahi tuna into small cubes and place in a large bowl.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and sea salt to the bowl.
- Gently mix until the tuna is well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the poke on its own or over a bed of rice for a complete meal.
