- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Corn tortillas - 8
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Adobo sauce - 1/4 cup
- Flank steak - 1.5 pounds

- In a bowl, combine the adobo sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
