Achari Murgh

Let's Get Started
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, pickling spices, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Cook until they turn golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it cook for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the Achari Murgh hot with naan or rice.
