Zucchini and Garlic Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cooked pasta - 8 ounces
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- White wine - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Zucchini - 2 medium, sliced
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
