Ingredients - Serves 4
- Wheat noodles - 1 pound
- Cucumber - 1, julienned
- Green onions - 2, chopped

- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fermented soybean paste - 3 tablespoons
- Ground pork - 1/2 pound

- In a large pan, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned.
- Add the fermented soybean paste, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the wheat noodles according to the package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and divide them among four bowls.
- Top each bowl of noodles with the pork mixture, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and julienned cucumber.
