  1. Cook the buckwheat noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a blender, combine the yulmu powder, beef broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and chili pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, place the cooked noodles and top with the julienned cucumber, radish, Asian pear, and sliced boiled eggs.
  4. Pour the yulmu broth over the noodles and vegetables.
  5. Add ice cubes to the bowl to keep the noodles cold.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
