Let's Get Started

  1. In a pot, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and add the vinegar. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the mint to the pot and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the syrup and let it cool.
  5. To serve, pour some syrup into a glass, add some cucumber slices and ice cubes, then fill the rest of the glass with water. Stir well before drinking.
