  1. Cook the buckwheat noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  3. Place the cooked noodles in individual serving bowls.
  4. Add the cucumber, radish, Asian pear, hard-boiled eggs, and green onions on top of the noodles.
  5. Pour the chilled broth over the noodles and vegetables.
  6. Add ice cubes to each bowl to keep the broth cold.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
