Let's Get Started
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Arrange the sliced salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.
- Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.
- Slice the sushi rolls into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve the yamaai sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
