Let's Get Started

  1. Boil the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and pork belly to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the pork is cooked through.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and yakisoba sauce to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
  5. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve the yakisoba hot, garnished with the chopped green onions, pickled ginger, and a sprinkle of seaweed powder.
