Xoi Ga

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cilantro - A handful, chopped
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless
- Sticky rice - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 2 hours, then drain.
- Cook the sticky rice according to the package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until it's browned and cooked through.
- Fluff the cooked sticky rice with a fork and mix in the chopped green onions and cilantro.
- Serve the sticky rice with the cooked chicken on top.
