  2. Combine the pork, soy sauce, sugar, green onions, and ginger in a bowl. Cut the jelly into small cubes and mix it into the pork filling.
  3. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Combine the flour and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add the yeast water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic, then let it rest for 2 hours.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles. Place a spoonful of the pork filling in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pleating as you go, until the dumpling is sealed.
  7. Steam the dumplings for 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  8. Serve the dumplings hot, with soy sauce for dipping.
