Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the wontons for 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a separate pan, heat some oil and stir-fry the bok choy until wilted. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, combine the oyster sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Divide the noodles between serving bowls and top with the cooked wontons, bok choy, and chopped green onions.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
