Won Ton Noodles
A delicious and hearty noodle dish with flavorful won tons, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Bok choy - 2 cups, chopped
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Egg noodles - 1 pound
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Won ton wrappers - 1 package
- Shrimp - 1/2 pound, peeled and deveined
- Ground pork - 1/2 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and garlic. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each won ton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the won tons and bok choy and cook until the won tons are cooked through and the bok choy is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Divide the noodles among four bowls. Ladle the soup, won tons, and bok choy over the noodles. Serve hot.
