Won Ton Noodles

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each won ton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the won tons and bok choy and cook until the won tons are cooked through and the bok choy is tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Divide the noodles among four bowls. Ladle the soup, won tons, and bok choy over the noodles. Serve hot.
