Air Fryer Bok Choy with Soy Glaze
This quick and easy side dish features tender bok choy air-fried to perfection and finished with a flavorful soy glaze.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Bok choy - 4 heads, halved lengthwise
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Brush the bok choy halves with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the bok choy is tender and slightly charred.
- While the bok choy is cooking, make the soy glaze. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Once the bok choy is done, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle with the soy glaze.
