Wild Mushroom Soup

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are soft, about 10 minutes.
