Chicken Liver Pâté

Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Melt half the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken livers, brandy, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until the livers are browned but still pink in the middle, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Transfer the liver mixture to a food processor. Add the remaining butter and the cream and process until smooth.
  6. Transfer the pâté to a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
