White Asparagus Soup
A creamy, luxurious white asparagus soup that's full of flavor and easy to make.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- White asparagus - 1 pound, trimmed and chopped
Let's Get Started
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
