Let's Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the asparagus is tender, about 20 minutes.
