Wasabi Tuna Burger
A delicious and spicy twist on the classic burger, made with fresh tuna and a kick of wasabi.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Burger buns - 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Wasabi paste - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Fresh tuna - 1 pound, finely chopped
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, green onions, soy sauce, wasabi paste, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Place each patty on a burger bun and top with a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato.
- Serve the burgers immediately, with extra wasabi and soy sauce on the side for dipping.
