Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, green onions, soy sauce, wasabi paste, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
