Wagyu Beef Slider
These mini gourmet burgers made from premium Wagyu beef are perfect for parties or a special treat.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Pickles - 12 slices
- Ketchup - 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1 small, sliced
- Tomato - 1 large, sliced
- Lettuce - 12 leaves
- Cheddar cheese - 12 slices
- Slider buns - 12
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Wagyu ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the Wagyu ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 12 small patties.
- Grill the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt slightly.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion on each bun.
