Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the Wagyu ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 12 small patties.
  3. Grill the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt slightly.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  6. Place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion on each bun.
  7. Top with a beef patty, a pickle slice, and the top half of the bun.
  8. Serve the sliders immediately.
