Cheese Burger
A classic cheese burger with a juicy beef patty, melted cheese, and all the fixings.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Mustard - To taste
- Ketchup - To taste
- Pickles - 8 slices
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a patty, tomato slice, onion slice, and two pickle slices.
- Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun, then place it on top of the burger.
