Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
  3. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a patty, tomato slice, onion slice, and two pickle slices.
  7. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun, then place it on top of the burger.
