- Lettuce - A handful
- Carrot - 1, grated
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Hummus - 1/2 cup
- Whole wheat bread - 4 slices
