This vegetable stir fry is a quick and healthy dish packed with colorful vegetables and flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2 stalks, sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Snap peas - 1 cup
- Bell peppers - 2 medium, sliced
- Carrots - 2 medium, sliced
- Broccoli - 2 cups, florets
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
