Vegetable Korma

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the turmeric, garam masala, coriander, and cumin and cook for another minute, until the spices are fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir to coat them in the spice mixture.
  5. Add the coconut milk and salt and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve the vegetable korma with rice or naan bread.
