Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the carrots, bell peppers, onions, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the Ul Boov over cooked rice.
