Ingredients - Serves 10
- Wafer paper - 2 sheets
- Almonds - 2 cups, toasted and whole
- Egg whites - 2
- Sugar - 1/2 cup

Let's Get Started
- In a saucepan, combine the honey and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Slowly pour the hot honey mixture into the egg whites, while continuously beating the mixture.
- Continue to beat the mixture until it thickens to a dough-like consistency.
- Fold in the toasted almonds until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Line a baking dish with one sheet of wafer paper. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
