  5. Fold in the toasted almonds until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  6. Line a baking dish with one sheet of wafer paper. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  7. Place the second sheet of wafer paper on top of the mixture, pressing it down firmly.
  8. Let the mixture cool completely, then cut it into squares or rectangles before serving.
