- Onion - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Whole wheat buns - 4
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Ground turkey - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the ground turkey with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the turkey patty, avocado slices, tomato slices, and onion slices.
