Tuna Steak Eggs Benedict
A twist on the classic Eggs Benedict, this recipe features seared tuna steak and a tangy hollandaise sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Hollandaise sauce - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4, poached
- English muffins - 4, split and toasted
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tuna steaks - 4, about 6 ounces each
Let's Get Started
- Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tuna steaks and sear for about 2 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
