Tuna Salad
A refreshing and protein-packed salad made with tuna, vegetables, and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup, halved
- Cucumber - 1/2 cup, diced
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Celery - 1 stalk, diced
- Canned tuna - 2 cans (5 oz each), drained

- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced celery, chopped red onion, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
