Tuna Melt Quesadilla

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix together the canned tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, and pickles.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread half of the tuna mixture evenly on one side of the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tuna mixture.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.
  5. Repeat the same process with the remaining tortilla, tuna mixture, and cheese.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  7. Place one quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and repeat with the second quesadilla.
  9. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
